Privacy Policy

This policy explains how موظف (mowazaf.net), owned and operated by Awjan Information Technology Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, collects, uses and protects data. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

• Business account data: name, email, phone, business name, VAT number and billing details.
• End-customer data: messages, attachments, names and phone numbers of people who contact the business through the website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram, plus related appointments and cases.
• Knowledge content: website pages, files and text the business uploads to train its AI agent.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, security and audit logs.
• Payments: processed by Moyasar; we do not store card data.

2. How we use data

• To provide the service: receiving customer messages and replying automatically or by the business team, booking appointments, logging cases and sending reminders.
• Billing, support, security and abuse prevention.
• We never sell data and never use any business's data to train public AI models.

3. WhatsApp and Meta platform data

When a business connects a WhatsApp Business number, Facebook Page or Instagram account, we access only the messages and account data needed to run conversations and manage message templates, and use them solely to provide the service to that business, in line with Meta's Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Policy. The business can disconnect a channel at any time from the Channels page.

4. AI processing

To generate replies we send conversation text and relevant knowledge snippets to AI model providers (such as Anthropic, Google and Groq) acting as data processors; under their API terms this data is not used to train their models.

5. Sharing

We share data only with Meta (to operate its channels), our payment gateway, AI processors, and our hosting and email providers — only as needed to deliver the service, or when required by a competent authority.

6. Security and isolation

Each business's data is isolated at the application and database levels, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and an append-only audit log records every action.

7. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the subscription. After account cancellation, business and end-customer data are deleted within 30 days, except invoices and records required by law.

8. Data deletion

• Businesses can delete knowledge sources, channels and contacts directly from their dashboard; to delete the whole account, email us from the registered address.
• End customers can reply "STOP" to opt out of marketing messages. To delete their data they may contact the business or us directly with their phone number; we delete it within 30 days.

9. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to marketing messages.
