Terms of Service

By using موظف (mowazaf.net), owned by Awjan Information Technology Company, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

A SaaS platform providing AI agents that reply to a business's customers on its website, WhatsApp and other channels, with a team inbox, appointments, cases and reports.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate information, password security and your team's actions. You must be 18+ and represent a lawful business.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta terms: message only opted-in customers, use approved templates for business-initiated messages and honor opt-outs. Spam, unlawful content, fraud, impersonation and attempts to breach the platform or access other businesses' data are prohibited.

4. Subscription and payment

Prices are in SAR plus 15% VAT. Subscriptions renew per paid period and may be cancelled anytime, remaining active until the end of the paid period. WhatsApp conversation fees charged by Meta are borne by the account owner at Meta.

5. AI

The AI agent answers from information the business provides and may occasionally be wrong. The business is responsible for its information, policies and reviewing replies; human escalation tools are provided. Financial features are assistance tools, not accounting or legal advice.

6. Data and ownership

Business data belongs to the business and is processed under our Privacy Policy. The platform, software and brand belong to Awjan Information Technology Company.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability without guarantee and are not liable for indirect damages or third-party outages (Meta, AI providers, payment gateway). Our liability is limited to the last subscription fee paid.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta policies. You may close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the courts of Jeddah have jurisdiction.
